Apple TV+ announced today that The Reluctant Traveler with Eugene Levy will be returning for a third season. The news comes two months after the globe-trotting travel docuseries released its 7-episode sophomore run on the streaming service.

"I really appreciate what this show is trying to do for me," said host and executive producer Eugene Levy. "But to be a real seasoned traveler you need to have a strong sense of adventure and curiosity, and I'm ashamed to say over the past two seasons I've developed neither. But I have to admit I'm having a lot of fun putting in the effort. So the beat goes on, apparently."

Hosted by Levy, the series follows the Canadian actor as he visits some of the world's most beautiful and intriguing destinations. He experiences local adventures with new friends, including ice floating in Finland, connecting with the Navajo Nation in Utah, captaining a sailboat in Lisbon, and journeying into the Costa Rican jungle. Not typically the adventurous type, Levy looks to broaden his horizons with experiences that could lead to a whole new chapter in life, even if it means confronting some of his long-held fears.

Season 3 will continue to follow Levy on a truly global adventure as he attempts to curate his own "ultimate travel bucket list." His upcoming trip promises to broaden his horizons more than any other.
